미국에 들어와서 오랜만에 갔던 울프리버 브리스킷

이전에 갔을 때는 리모델링 중이었는데 오랜만에 갔더니 공사가 끝나있었다.

비가 조금 내린날 저녁약속!

 

분위기 있어보이는 외관 ㅎㅎ

실제로 분위기도 좋다.

내가 시킨건 새로나온 WRB GRITS&BRISKET

새로나온 메뉴라서 시켜봤다.

 

남편은 PLATES중에서 SLICED BRISKET을 먹었다.

항상 먹는 거지만 맛이 제일 풍부한 것 같다.

여름에는 바람을 맞으면서 저녁식사를 즐길수 있는 발코니, 아직 날이 쌀쌀해서 히터가 틀어져있었는데 정말 따뜻하다 못해 뜨거웠다.

안쪽 자리는 이미 다 차있어서 밖에 앉았는데 분위기는 더 좋았다.

이날 남편이 술을 마시고 싶어해서 나는 논알콜칵테일을 시켰다.

따로 없는 메뉴 같은데 만들어주었다. 모히또 상큼하고 맛있었다.

남편이 시킨 맥주, 맥주병도 맥주잔도 귀여웠다 ㅋㅋ

 내가 시킨 WRB GRITS&BRISKET 양이 아주 많았다.

GRITS은 죽을 먹는 듯한 식감이다. 고기는 부드럽고 조금 느끼하다 싶을때 멕시코 고추를 같이 먹으면 괜찮았다.

남편이 선택한 SLICED BRISKET

가격은 조금 있는 편이지만 양도 많고 맛있는 식당이다.

지인이 시킨 남편과 같은 SLICED BRISKET 다른점은 사이드메뉴일뿐! ㅎㅎ

울프리버 브리스킷은 사이드메뉴도 맛있다.

한 상 꽉 찬 메뉴들 ㅎㅎ

다들 술 한잔 하고(나는 빼고) 이야기를 한참 하다가 우리 팀만 남아서 슬슬 나갈 준비를 했다.

미국은 어두워지면 빨리 문을 닫으니 9시 쯤에는 나갈 준비를 해야된다.

메뉴들 다 맛있고 양도 많다.

플레이트를 시키면 항상 남겨서 테이크아웃백에 담아오는데 그릿은 처음으로 다 먹었다.

Wolf River Brisket, which I went to after a long time in the US

When I went there before, it was under remodeling, but when I went there after a long time, the construction was over.

Dinner appointment on a rainy day!

The atmosphere is actually good.


What I ordered was the new WRB GRITS & BRISKET

I ordered it because it's a new menu.



My husband ate SLICED BRISKET among PLATES.

I always eat it, but I think it's the most rich in it.


In summer, you can enjoy dinner in the wind, and the heater was turned on because it was still cold, but it's really warm It was too hot.

The inside seats were already full, so I sat outside, and the atmosphere was better.


My husband wanted to drink that day, so I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail.

I think it's a special menu, but they made it for me. The mojito was fresh and delicious.


The beer my husband ordered, the bottle, and the glass were cute lol


 The amount of WRB GRITS & BRISKET I ordered was very high.

GRITS has a porridge-like texture. When the meat felt soft and a little greasy, it was okay to eat it with Mexican peppers.

The price is a little bit, but it is a delicious restaurant with a lot of food.


SLICED BRISKET, like my husband ordered by an acquaintance, is only a side menu! Haha

The side menu of Wolf River Brisket is also delicious.

Everyone had a drink (except me) and talked for a while, but only my team was left, so I slowly got ready to go out.

The U.S. closes early when it gets dark, so you should be ready to go out by nine o'clock.

All the menus are delicious and the amount is large.

When I order a plate, I always leave it in a take-out bag, but I ate the grit for the first time.
